The next generation of innovators is getting hands-on experience solving real-world challenges. 🌊🔬
This week, STEM NOLA Fellows kicked off an immersive learning experience with Deep Blue Institute at the New Orleans BioInnovation Center. Throughout the week, Fellows will explore how coastal land loss, flooding, and climate challenges impact our region while designing resilient floating platform models alongside industry experts.
Deep Blue Institute is dedicated to preparing future leaders to tackle environmental and infrastructure challenges through hands-on STEM learning. Partnerships like this are critical to STEM NOLA’s mission of building a strong workforce pipeline by equipping students with the skills needed to become tomorrow’s engineers, architects, and problem-solvers. Stay tuned to see what they are working on!
