Today marked a historic and emotional moment at Franklin Avenue Baptist Church as Pastor Fred Luter, Jr. preached his final sermon as Senior Pastor of FABC. ❤️🙏🏾

From Matthew 16:13–19, Pastor Luter reminded us about “The Church That Christ Builds” — a church where Jesus is the foundation, where we stand victorious in spiritual warfare, and where God has given us the right keys for locked doors.

After 40 years of faithful leadership, preaching, serving, and loving this congregation and community, we thank God for the incredible legacy Pastor Luter has built at Franklin Avenue.

The season may be changing, but the foundation remains the same: Jesus Christ.

Thank you, Pastor Luter, for 40 years of faithful service. We love you, Pastor. ❤️
