Krewe des Fleurs Krewe des Fleurs is a NOLA-based costume and performance collective. For membership information, and appearance requests please visit our website.

Our garden grows with new flowers each year with a fantastic array of colors, shapes and sizes. Our varietals include Lilies (2015); Roses (2016); Irises (2017); Orchids (2018); Bleeding Hearts (2019); Passion Flowers (2020); reimagined Irises and Lilies (2021), and the Lotus (2022). In 2023 we debuted the beloved Lily in its third iteration, an exquisite and enchanting flower.

🌸 Fleur Friday: Casey Watts 🌸

Meet Casey, a creator, lifelong learner, and inclusion advocate whose sparkle shines both in and out of costume.

When asked what makes her feel most like a Fleur, Casey shared that it's being creative, connecting with amazing women, and finding beauty in small everyday moments.

Her favorite Fleur memory is one that perfectly captures the magic of our krewe. While parading as Iris, a little girl with diabetes noticed Casey's Dexcom and was SO excited to see that a Fleur was "like her." ✨

When she's not Fleuring, Casey works in youth programming, loves reading and creating, is a self-proclaimed LEGO fanatic, and enjoys adventures with her amazing wife, three dogs, and one cat.

Her motto says it best:
"Lead with kindness, live with intention, rest without guilt."

We're so glad you're part of the garden, Casey! 🌺🐝

🌸 Fleur Friday: Lindsay DeBlieux 🌸

Meet Lindsay, a Mardi Gras artist, costume lover, and proud mama of two whose creativity blooms all year long.

When asked what makes her feel most like a Fleur, her answer was simple: "Full costume fun with everyone!" And if you've ever seen Lindsay's incredible creations, you know she brings that spirit everywhere she goes.

Her favorite Fleur memory? Experiencing the electric energy of St. Ann and Bourbon during Pride and Decadence for the very first time. ✨

When she's not Fleuring, she's creating art, building costumes, raising her kiddos, and helping make Mardi Gras a little more magical.

Her motto says it best:
"The Earth without art is just eh."
