New Orleans JCC

New Orleans JCC It is a place for adults to take an exercise class, an art class or dance class. The JCC is a Jewish place, built on Jewish values.

The New Orleans Jewish Community Center is a state-of-the-art fitness center and pool, a leader in New Orleans early childhood education, a fun-filled summer day camp and so much more. Rock Steady Boxing starts June 16! This life-changing, non-contact fitness program is coming to the Uptown JCC. Designed specifically to help those with Parkinson’s disease reclaim their independence, Rock Steady Boxing uses high-intensity, boxing-inspired drills to target physical symptoms, improve balance, reduce tremors, and increase speed. 🥊

The JCC is proud to partner with the Broadmoor Food Pantry to launch the Nourishing Our Neighbors Food Drive and Packing Project. Throughout June, donate non-perishable, shelf-stable food items at collection boxes on our Metairie and Uptown campuses. Then, join us on Sunday, June 28, for an intergenerational day of service at the Uptown JCC as we pack and prepare donations for local families.
