Our 4th grade students at Ashe rolled up their sleeves for a Market-to-Table Experience before summer break! They explored fresh, local foods and worked alongside chefs and FirstLine staff to create a meal from scratch.
The best part? Gathering around the table with friends to enjoy the dishes they prepared themselves. 🧑🍳
From learning where food comes from to building confidence in the kitchen, this hands-on experience is a celebration of curiosity, community, and the joy of sharing a great meal together!
