We're honored to join the Building Futures Skilled Trades Coalition, powered by the .foundation!

This is the largest cross-sector skilled trades coalition ever assembled, and we're a founding member alongside , , , , @, @, and . Over 75 organizations, all pointed at the same goal: training and developing 1 million people for skilled trades careers by 2035.

By 2030, up to 2.1 million skilled trades jobs could go unfilled in this country. Every apprentice who comes through our program in New Orleans, the Twin Cities - and our NEXT cities! - is a real answer to that need, one house and one paycheck at a time. Now we're inspired to bring what we've learned to the table with some of the biggest names in American industry, and bring back what we learn from them.

Grateful for this partnership, and fired up for what it means for our apprentices next.
