A huge shoutout to CenterPoint Energy for showing up with incredible generosity for unCommon Construction’s Twin Cities cohort! ⚡🔨

From welcoming our cohort into their offices for thoughtful conversations to sharing real-world industry knowledge, career pathways, and behind-the-scenes insight, the CenterPoint team gave their time and expertise in such a meaningful way. Participants also took part in a hands-on build day led by unCommon Construction apprentices, contributing to a home renovation project while strengthening their skills on site.

These kinds of experiences are what make workforce development come alive. Young people get to learn directly from professionals who are willing to invest their time, share what they know, and open doors to what is possible.
