We're hosting a Seafood Sustainability Seminar for the Culinary Community!

Join us at Audubon Zoo on May 18th for an in-person GULF Sustainability Seminar open to chefs, restauranteurs, restaurant staff, and other members of the culinary community.

We'll be providing an overview of industry updates, the current status of Gulf fisheries and fish stocks, news around the community involving or impacting the seafood industry, and sharing info about our Audubon GULF Restaurant Partnership Program and upcoming events for 2026!

Get ready to Dine with the Sharks!

Join us in October as we kick off National Seafood Month and celebrate the bounty of the Gulf with a five-course dinner hosted in front of Audubon Aquarium’s breathtaking Gulf exhibit. Featuring chefs of the Audubon GULF Chef Council and Restaurant Partnership Program, each course will showcase local, sustainable seafood and highlight local chefs working to support Gulf fisheries.

Proceeds from this evening of edible education benefit Audubon GULF’s sustainable seafood efforts across the Gulf Coast.
