After 13 years of doing this work on the ground, one thing has become clear to us: one of the most powerful ways to expand your impact is to partner with the people already doing the work. Boys & Girls Club of Newark has been showing up for Newark’s youth since 1938, creating safe spaces, building confidence, and helping the next generation see what’s possible.

We were honored to welcome them to MetLife, present them with a $5,600 donation in partnership with the Davises, and celebrate the work they’re doing in the community. The donation will help bring their annual holiday celebration to life as a Winter Wonderland for more than 900 Club members.

Thank you, BGCN, for investing in Newark’s youth today and helping shape the future of the community for generations to come.

Tomorrow, Demario Davis steps back onto the home field at MetLife. We’re kicking off the season by honoring an organization that has been showing up for Newark’s youth since 1938: the Boys & Girls Club of Newark.

Their commitment to helping the next generation grow, dream, and reach their full potential is exactly the kind of work we believe deserves to be celebrated and supported.

In honor of tomorrow’s home game, the Davises, in partnership with the Devoted Dreamers Foundation, are making a donation to support the work they’re doing in the community.

New York gave the Davis family their beginning. Now they’re giving back to its future.

What began on the field grew into something much bigger, a place to dream, a family to grow, and a community to call home.

On September 20, Demario Davis returns to MetLife Stadium for the first time since 2017 for a regular-season home game as a New York Jets. For this homecoming, we’re turning every home game into an opportunity to give back.

At each home game, the Davises, in partnership with the Devoted Dreamers Foundation, will recognize an organization already doing the work to strengthen the local community and make a donation to help carry that work forward.

Because home is more than a place you return to. It’s a place you take care of.

Dreamers, it’s been a minute. A lot has been happening across our communities, and with Demario’s return to the field, we have even more to look forward to.

But before we step into what’s next, we’re taking a moment to look back — at the foundation, the vision, and the dreams that started it all.

Because after 13 years, we know the dream doesn’t stay in one place. It grows. It evolves. And it finds new ways to reach people.

Now, we’re bringing that vision into a new season — expanding our reach, dreaming bigger, and staying rooted in the communities that have been part of our story along the way.

As our family returns to the team that first drafted us, we do so with full hearts and deep gratitude. But New Orleans welcomed us, loved us, and made us family—because of that, this city will always be home.

As our journey moves forward, we are grateful for the chance to grow our mission and serve a new community. Our work is expanding, our vision is clear, and our hearts are big enough for both.

As flag football rapidly grows nationwide, the launch of Middle School Girls’ Flag Football across represents more than just a new program—it’s an investment in the next generation.

The field is a classroom for life that teaches the confidence, the discipline, and the leadership that will stay with these young athletes long after the season ends.

That is why expanding access to sports matters.
That is why Girls’ Flag Football matters.

Because when young athletes are given the opportunity to step onto the field, they aren't just playing a game—they are stepping into their future.

In 2025, our theme was Fueling Dreams. Throughout the year, we leaned into that calling and were once again reminded what an honor and responsibility it is to serve this community.

Now, as we step into 2026, our commitment remains steady: to show up with intention, to serve with love, consistency, and faith, and to invest wisely and faithfully in the next generation for New Orleans, for our youth, and for generations to come. 💛
