HISTORY LOVERS! Join us this Saturday, October 17 at NOMAD Used Bookstore 5:30 P.M. for the first in the series Forgotten Stories of Algiers Point. Algiers Point Historian John Hirt will tell the story of gunfights, the death of 2 policeman and more as he brings to life the secrets of the past. We are looking to start a historical series with a quarterly presentation. We are also looking to invest in plaques and historical insignia to highlight some of the more interesting stories of our neighborhood. Let’s have fun and enjoy together!

Wed, October 7 - Coffee with our Cops: Come have a cup of coffee from 8 A.M. to 10 A.M. at District 4 Station on 3320 Wall Blvd. NOLA. This is for residents who wish to talk to the local officers about issues or concerns they are having in an easy-going environment. SORRY for the late post.
