It is with an exceptionally heavy heart that we must announce that in a few months, Delgado's Dolphin Radio will cease operations. Several factors are at work here: retirement of the station's co-founder/station coordinator, and tough financial times.

We will have more information in the days and weeks ahead, and we hope to share some photos and memories from the station's 15 years. Meanwhile, there is a good chance that some of your favorite shows will live on when WXDR signs off and a new parent organization takes the 99.1 FM reins.

This has been an absolute labor of love and we know that there will never be as eclectic, diverse, and sometimes seemingly random radio outlet quite like Dolphin Radio.
