As the United States approaches its rescheduled 4th Universal Periodic Review (UPR), bodily and reproductive health and rights continue to deteriorate across the country.

Last month, I was at the UN in Geneva with organizations from a Repro and Human Rights coalition that is documenting violations of reproductive and human rights in the United States.

Come out to the Women with a Vision offices for a kickback just for first time voters ages 17-21. Women With a Vision have refreshments, a DJ, candidates, and everything you need to get ready to make your voices heard at the ballot boxes.

It is absolutely critical that the people who will have to live with the consequences of elections the longest - young people - are heard loud and clear at the ballot box. The Louisiana Abortion Fund is committed to helping our neighbors overcome any and all barriers placed between them and full-service reproductive healthcare, no matter what.

In order to continue to work towards our mission while navigating challenging circumstances outside of our control, we have been forced to lay off some of our team members—dedicated people who have weathered turbulent times alongside us, pouring so much time, energy, and care into our communities.

Looking ahead, our main focus is quickly and sustainably resuming direct financial support to our neighbors seeking abortion care.
