We're heartbroken to share the passing of longtime NOCCA faculty member, founding Media Arts chair, and NOCCA Foundation board member Paul Werner. Paul put his heart and soul into everything he did -- especially teaching -- and he had a profound impact on generations of young artists. He was an extraordinary human being, and he will be truly, truly missed.

There are plans for a memorial service, but details are pending. We'll post an update as soon as we hear more.

This Saturday at White Linen Night, the NOCCA Foundation presents the NOCCA Stage, featuring performances by Jazz chair Victor Goines (5:15pm-7:30pm), alumni Stephanie Jordan, Gladney, and Kyle Roussel (performing with Mr. Goines from 6:30pm - 7:30pm), and current student River Eckert (8:00pm - 9:00pm).

The NOCCA stage will be in the 600 block of Julia Street, near St. Charles Avenue. White Linen Night is free and open to the public. We'll see you there!
