Another job opportunity!!

All You Need is looking for a campground manager & groundskeeper during our busy campground season, starting ASAP until approx June 21st., with room to grow.
Ideally this is a person who loves the outdoors and is interested in exploring a lifestyle living closer to the land and in community with others. Excellent communication skills, an open-minded attitude, and a desire to grow and learn are essential. Agility with computer/phone based tasks is also needed. Basic building/handyman skills & knowledge of permaculture practices and principles are a big plus but not necessary.
Duties would include handling communications and monies with campers and renters, cleaning and turning over our rental spaces, greeting & orienting renters, and minor land/building maintenance tasks.
COMPENSATION: Full time room & board (3x nutritious meals/day + snacks) is available, but individual would only be required to be physically present on the land Thursday eve-Sunday morning, i.e. live-in part time. Room is inside of a fully converted and very cute short bus, with easy access to shared full kitchen & bathroom facilities.
Stipend is also included, the amount of which depends on how much time & meals individual is interested in receiving as part of the exchange. Work hours would not exceed 15/week. Wifi is available for use (doesn't accommodate constant video streaming, but fine for general internet tasks). Commission of 5% offered for any rentals booked through independent outreach.

All You Need Institute is a unique and quickly growing education and retreat center for healing, learning, and network-building around living in right relationship with the earth in the Gulf South. The institute sits on 111 acres of pristine habitat with a number of different ecosystems, including the rare upland xeric forest, home to a beautiful lichen grove and the endangered gopher tortoise. The land is 80 mi north of New Orleans, approx 1.5 hr drive away. To learn more about our mission and values, click here.
