Meet Andi! 🐰❤️ Just like Buzz and Woody, this Andi is looking for her forever best friend!

Andi is a tiny Angora mix (under 4 lbs), young adult, and BIG on personality. She was found abandoned in a park, scared, skittish, and badly matted. After several months with BEAR and her foster family, we’re finally getting to see the real Andy emerge.

She is CURIOUS. SMART. SASSY. And very opinionated. 😂

🐰 She taught herself how to use a cat door.
🐰 She loves treat puzzles.
🐰 She recently discovered that she LOVES ear rubs and will lean into them like a cat. 🥹
🐰 She’s started hopping onto stools and exploring vertically after previously sticking almost exclusively to the floor.
🐰 She is litter box trained.
🐰 She lives happily alongside cats and a dog.
🐰 She will come running when offered her favorite thing in the world: PAPAYA.
🐰 And she thumps. At people. At animals. At OBJECTS. Andy has opinions, and she will be heard. 😂

Andi is still learning that humans can be trusted, so she needs a patient family who will let her confidence grow at her own pace. She would love the opportunity to eventually bond with a rabbit friend as well.

She may not be the bunny who immediately jumps into your lap, but she will be the bunny who eventually leans her little head into your hand for an ear rub, and that makes earning her trust pretty special. ❤️

Andi is ready for her forever home. Could you be her person?

Saturday I bought 16 of our kittens to be spayed and neutered. Spaymart did them and over 100 more. Needless to say I got a good work out helping to carry kennels in and out. Please spay and neuter your pets. And donate to your local small rescues. Because they are doing a lot of the heavy lifting without government financial support.💖💖

📣VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Want to give back to the community, get some volunteer hours for school, or just spend your day surrounded by dogs and cats? We’d love to have you join us!

We’re looking for volunteers to help out at our physical location between 9 AM–6 PM. There’s a little bit of everything to do:

🐾 Help care for the dogs & cats
🧹 Clean up after the animals
💊 Help with medications
🛁 Give baths
🍽️ Feed the animals
📦 Stock and organize the shop
🛍️ Help customers in the retail store
❤️ And, of course… play with all the dogs and cats!

Because our animals are free roaming, volunteering here means you’ll get plenty of hands-on time with them while helping keep their home clean, happy, and running smoothly. 🥰

Whether you can give us a few hours every week, occasionally, or you’re looking for school/community service hours, every bit of help makes a difference!
