After 20 years of self imposed exile from the track and field scene American Big Guys Throws Team is back and looking to expand on our original purpose of being the first team on your way up and the last team on your way down. This time around we are planning to create a team that has the organization and resources to assist throwers create a viable training and competition situation. Over the nex

t few years we will be developing and refining programs that help throwers raise funds, acquire training facilities and coaches, develop a career path while training, assist with meet scheduling and management, supply uniforms and equipment and host the Traveling Big Guys Party; a throwing institution since 1990. We plan to supply stability to the throwing community in general from youth to elites and in that process develop a path for throwers to go as far as their talent and dedication will take them. As always we are throwers at heart with throwers in mind and that will never change.
