What an amazing day. Thank you again to everyone who joined us for the Open House of our 4th affordable housing build and helped make it such a meaningful and successful event.

Seeing neighbors, partners, supporters, board members, donors, and community leaders gather together reminded us why this work matters so much.

Exciting news! Louvis Services has been awarded a $30,000 grant from through the Phoebe Waterman Fund, following a recommendation by an anonymous donor.

This support is more than funding. It’s recognition of the importance of creating safe, affordable housing and supportive communities for individuals transitioning out of homelessness in New Orleans.

The grant will help sustain and strengthen our work as we continue building homes in the Lower 9th Ward, expanding access to stable housing, and supporting the long-term redevelopment of underserved neighborhoods.

We’re deeply grateful to Philadelphia Foundation for their partnership and commitment to helping nonprofits create lasting impact. Thank you for believing in our mission and the power of housing to transform lives.
