A notice from Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans for Pension Town and the Hollygrove Neighborhood...

We wanted to let you know that we began testing our new equipment this past weekend and will be testing intermittently throughout this week. As this is the first series of testing for this unit, more smoke than usually may be emitted than any of our normal operations. This is normal and a one-off situation, as we begin incorporating this equipment into our operations.

We also expect that this series of testing will cause dramatically louder noises than our normal operations, as the testing requires us to have the turbine doors open. This will not be the norm once the equipment is commissioned, but we wanted neighbors to know that the temporary increase in noise and smoke is normal and being monitored closely by our team.
