📣CALVIN DUNCAN FOR CLERK OF COURT 📣

We’re proud to announce our latest endorsement—Calvin Duncan!

Calvin Duncan experienced New Orleans’ complicated criminal legal system firsthand. He spent more than 28 years in prison over a crime he didn’t commit, and fought to obtain court records critical to his freedom. Through that experience, Calvin dedicated his life to fighting for people’s right to access the court and seek justice. In prison, he taught himself law and became a well-known jailhouse lawyer for not only himself, but hundreds of incarcerated people.

Now, Calvin Duncan is running for Clerk of Court to make the criminal legal system work better for everyone, so no one has to fight to access legal records that stand between them and their freedom.

Vote #7 for Calvin Duncan for Clerk of Criminal Court on Saturday, November 15!
