Many Resilience Force members helped rebuild the Gulf Coast after Katrina. In the 21 years since, they have continued doing the essential work of helping communities recover and rebuild after disaster.
Tomorrow, we commemorate all of the lives forever changed by Katrina and the resilience workers who helped rebuild in its wake. As climate disasters grow more frequent and severe, America needs its skilled, experienced resilience workforce more than ever. 🤍
