Last night, we gathered for our quarterly member meeting ahead of a date that carries deep meaning for our community: the anniversary of .

Many Resilience Force members helped rebuild the Gulf Coast after Katrina. In the 21 years since, they have continued doing the essential work of helping communities recover and rebuild after disaster.

Tomorrow, we commemorate all of the lives forever changed by Katrina and the resilience workers who helped rebuild in its wake. As climate disasters grow more frequent and severe, America needs its skilled, experienced resilience workforce more than ever. 🤍

Wildfire resilience starts with people.

We were proud to partner with Resilience Force, Aspen Police Department , and Western Vegetation Management to bring bilingual chainsaw safety and fuels mitigation training to the Roaring Fork Valley.

By investing in local workforce development, we're helping create safer forests, stronger communities, and meaningful career pathways for the people doing the essential work of wildfire mitigation. Building resilience means preparing our landscapes—and empowering the people who care for them.

Thank you to everyone who made this collaboration possible. Together, we're creating a more wildfire-resilient future. 🌲🔥
