This is BIG!!!!! Calling up volunteers and sponsors with a passion and heart for the community. 🙌🏾

Yes, is giving his 1st annual Get Fit Health Fair! I am thrilled and excited to work alongside of him in giving back to our community. This event is for everyone but especially men in regard to mental health and physical health awareness.

We will have our own on the 1s and 2s. We also have with fitness tips and exercise. You know I can’t and won’t miss this one!

We will also have our community partners taking your vital signs and more. You don’t want to miss this FREE EVENT!

It’s Men’s Health Awareness Month!!! 💪🏽👟🏋🏾

Just when you thought it was through, God gave us a second wind! 💨💨💨

Meet us Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 11am-2pm at Harmony Oaks Community Park at 3301 Freret Street NOLA 70115.

Ladies, this is Men’s Health Awareness month! Please encourage the men in your life to attend this FREE Health Fair! Of course this is a family event, so please bring your entire family.

We will have free smoothies for the first (100) people from and of course entertainment by . We will have 30 minute fitness workout by and plenty of giveaways by our community partners.

We are also looking for sponsors to donate Gatorade, sandwiches, fruit and/or individually wrapped fruit snacks.
