June is Men’s Mental Health Month 💙

Mental health matters for men, too. This month, NAAIA Louisiana encourages everyone to break the stigma, encourage honest conversations, and remind each other that asking for help is a sign of strength—not weakness.

Check in on the men in your life. A simple conversation can make a difference.
