NAAIA Louisiana would like to welcome new member Mike Tucker!

Mike Tucker is a leader in organizational design and business strategy who currently serves as Vice President and Senior Consultant at Alliant Benefits Insurance Services. With more than 14 years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry and over 15 years in human resources and organizational design, he specializes in developing innovative, cost-effective employee benefits programs for public entities, nonprofit organizations, and large complex employers. Mike holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a Healthcare Concentration from the Nelson Mandela School of Public Policy at Southern University in Baton Rouge, and he is passionate about mentoring young professionals, effective leadership, equality, and organizational alignment.

Mike is also recognized for his commitment to advancing opportunity and inclusion within the insurance industry. He pioneered the Southern University/Alliant Fellowship Program to support African American students pursuing careers in insurance and founded the Minority Partner Group (MPG), an initiative created to promote training, access, and competitive opportunities for minority-owned insurance firms.

We are thrilled to have him as part of the NAAIA Louisiana family!
