URGENTLY SEEKING FOSTERS!

We have a dual effort pup that needs immediate placement OR donations for her boarding. She was pulled after a horrific experience and is safe in our care, but we need to make sure she is vetted, provided a safe space to decompress, and ensure her boarding bill is covered! We said goodbye to Harriet today. We scooped her from Baton Rouge after she was found on the streets about six months ago. With stomach cancer and an autoimmune disorder we didn’t expect her to stick around as long as she did but are glad she had an extra pep in her step.

Donations to HOWA directly went towards her pain medicine and wet food. Thank you for helping us make the last few months of her life enjoyable and pain free 🤍

Sweet Allen is available through ! She is, IMO, the perfect bonus cat for anyone looking to add to their household! She’s playful and silly with her foster siblings, but isn’t destructive or loud. She’s pretty independent but will occasionally ask for love and will make sure she gets pets *exactly* where she wants them. It’s just a bonus that she’s a stunner!

Julie is safe, sound, and on her way to New Orleans!

We are so grateful for everyone’s help in getting her safe to us from BARC Houston.

She’s a little chunky and has a few masses that are concerning but other than that, she’s perfect!
