Congratulations to the Water Alliance's Nature Based Solutions Task Force from New Orleans. Todd Reynolds of Groundwork New Orleans Groundwork New Orleans , Jillian Croci & Grace Vogel of Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans and Kendrick of & Veatch New Orleans is of 8 cities across the US selected to be a part of the Task Force. Angela Chalk and HCSNola will be the lead organization for this multi-disciplinary delegation. The kick-off to this 2 year task force began with Leadership Institute in Tucson Arizona. Our Mission: To develop a framework to standardize Nature Base Solutions effectiveness in measuring stromwater management solutions, best management practices and land use restoration. We will be onboarding additional members to the New Orleans delegation. The culminating findings will potentially be presented at One Water Summit, Honolulu, HI in 2027

The Summer of 2026 has been amazingly exciting! Here's another accomplishment by God's grace. I've received the Certification of Water Resource Management Technology. This means, I understand the value of water through the operational lens of water utilities providing drinking water and stormwater management delivery of services, inclusive of legal and regulatory compliance.
