We’re excited to announce that MVPSOS is now KIDS FIRST!

While our name has changed, our mission remains the same — supporting local children and families by helping provide access to sports, arts, music, educational opportunities, and essential resources.

Our new name reflects our continued commitment to putting children at the center of everything we do.

Thank you for your continued support as we begin this exciting new chapter together. We look forward to continuing to serve the children and families of our community for years to come.

With the support of 29 donors, Robotics And Beyond beat its goal of $5,000. During the event we received $4,805 in donations, received $100 by check and have $500 coming from employer match, for a total of $5,405. $400-500 in bonus matching from Connecticut Community Foundation and Event Sponsors.

These funds will help between 10-20 young people to attend our flagship summer camps, and support essential equipment and services. Since 2013, Robotics And Beyond has received just over $59,000 in gifts through the Give Local event. This support alone has enabled hundreds of young people to take part in life-changing experiences in our camps and through our studio facilities. They have forged careers and life-long relationships with others, as well as gained priceless experience as instructors, leaders and role models.

For the next 2 days (April 21-22) we are asking for your support and donations through Give Local. Our goal is to raise $5000 to help fund our summer programs. The money will go directly to summer program scholarships and program materials and equipment.
