There are moments that remind us exactly why we do this work… and this is one of them. ❤️

Today we received a letter from MCCA about a young woman—one of our “sisters”—who was given an opportunity through the Brian Cody’s Brothers & Sisters Foundation to move into safe, supportive housing as she continues her recovery journey.

Because of this support, she now has something so many take for granted…
stability, safety, and a real chance to heal.

She’s not just surviving—she’s moving forward with confidence, dignity, and hope.

This is what it’s all about.

In honor of Brian Cody, and all the Brothers and Sisters connected to our son’s foundation - we set out to be a bridge for those fighting their way back… to stand in the gap when it matters most… and to make sure that no one has to walk this road alone.

Stories like Jasmine’s remind us that recovery is real.

That hope is alive.

And that together—we are changing lives.

To everyone who supports this foundation, shares our mission, or simply believes in second chances… this is your impact.

We are forever grateful. 🙏

If you are an artist in recovery, or someone whose life has been touched by addiction or overdose, we invite you to join us as an Angels of Hope Artist at our Annual Awareness 5K Run & Recovery Festival. Your art can tell a story of resilience, remembrance, and hope for others on the path to healing.

For many people, art becomes more than an activity; it becomes a therapeutic tool for rebuilding confidence, rediscovering identity, and telling a comeback story beyond addiction.

Shout Out to all those sharing their gift of music in support of recovery, we’re proud to have such strong friendships with so many artists, to include Skyler Ray, KC Makes Music, Kinghansom WoeLife, Colliche, Ethan James, and so, so many others.

Today, we are proud to also share a new artist to the mix, with special pride as Jeremy is one of our own, my little cousin!

Have a listen and save the date, Saturday August 29th, when you can see them all right here in New Milford, CT!
