Living Through Loss Frederick This is a group for parents who've lost a child to overdose, and for those who support them. And reach out to us if we can help you further.

Living Through Loss is a community for parents who've lost a child to overdose. We work to create a space to grieve, share, and grow into living after loss. We offer groups, retreats, and workshops, both virtual and in-person. Because we are a non-profit, all of our services are free to participants. If you or someone you know is in need of support, you've come to the right place. As the founder of Living Through Loss (LTL), Jamie Eaton has spent the last seven years providing individual and peer grief support to bereaved parents.

Her programs address grief through a system of six-week sessions for people in their first, second, and third years of grief.
