Two weeks ago, our high school seniors submitted their college applications.

31 students with 31 dreams of receiving their 🎓college acceptance. 31 students with 31 dreams of earning their 🎓college degree.

This ✨Giving✨ Tuesday, can you make a gift that supports our students’ dreams and aspirations?

Some days are just better than others. Monday was one of them.

It may have started with torrential rain, but about 20 minutes into the tournament; blue skies were peeking through. The came out and the backdrop was absolutely gorgeous.

Since our golf tournament began in 2021, Homestead Funding has been our sole Doctorate level sponsor. Their contribution far extends beyond a financial donation; it’s a commitment to our mission and a belief in our students.

🎓When the Higher Edge ⛳️golf tournament was first held in October 2021; a group of 16 students was entering their first year of college. Of them - 9 have earned their 🎓🙌🏼Bachelor degree and another 4 are set to graduate in the coming months.

🎓Many of our golfers have been involved with this event from the start. Meaning: they have literally supported students through their ENTIRE college journey!!

🎓October 20th 🗓️marks our 5th Annual tournament and there are almost 300 reasons to celebrate - our 30 high school seniors applying to college, our 70 college students and our 160 graduates.

🎓We have a committed group of golfers who make this event a success year after year … But we WOULD LOVE to see our community grow. Beyond a great day on the course; it’s a terrific way to support a student’s dream of earning their college degree.

Much more than where Higher Edge banks, Chelsea Groton supports our work. They demonstate a commitment to our mission through grant awards, sponsorships, acts of kindness donations and dress down days.
