New London Lions Club Membership Coordinator Vickie Vogt receiving the LCIF Melvin Jones Fellowship Award from past Lions District 5M4 Governors, Dennis Heinen, Todd Neumann and Jacqueline Heinen. Vogt won the award at the 5M4 Midwinter Convention and also donated to LCIF in memory of her late husband Club President Bruce "Spoonie" Vogt.
