Stacey was so thrilled to attend the Always Home Heart to Heart Gala this year. It was H.O.P.E.’s first time attending this beautiful and moving event, and it was truly an inspiring evening.

The work that Always Home does to support families experiencing housing instability and homelessness is so important to our community. Programs like Creating Pathways Home provide hope, stability, and opportunity for families when they need it most.

H.O.P.E. is proud to partner with Always Home whenever possible in our shared mission of creating stronger, more equitable communities. We are also proud to call Executive Director Tricia Cunningham a friend and a dedicated advocate for families throughout our region.

Thank you to everyone at Always Home for an unforgettable evening and for the incredible work you do every day. We look forward to continuing our partnership and supporting your mission.

Last week, H.O.P.E., Inc. was proud to attend the Homeowner Readiness Resource Fair hosted by Habitat for Humanity of Eastern Connecticut.

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with future homeowners, housing partners, mortgage lenders, insurance providers, real estate professionals, and local businesses all working toward the shared goal of expanding homeownership opportunities in our communities.

Events like this are so important because they bring together the resources, education, and support that help families achieve long-term stability and build brighter futures through homeownership.

Thank you to Habitat for Humanity of Eastern Connecticut for hosting such a meaningful event and for their continued commitment to affordable housing and community development throughout Eastern Connecticut.

Yesterday, Stacey Smith from H.O.P.E., Inc. had the opportunity to attend the Developer Forum hosted by the Connecticut Department of Housing and CHFA at the Bristol Event Center.

It was an excellent and informative event focused on the continued mission of creating and preserving affordable housing throughout Connecticut. We are grateful for organizations like the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and the Connecticut Department of Housing, whose dedication, professionalism, and commitment to affordable housing make such a difference in communities across the state.

A special thank you to Commissioner of DOH Seila Mosquera-Bruno, CEO of CHFA Nandini Natarajan, and Secretary of the State Stephanie Thomas for sharing valuable updates, insights, and encouragement.

The dedicated staff from both organizations are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. H.O.P.E. truly appreciates the partnership and support as we continue working to expand affordable housing opportunities for families in our communities.

We’re incredibly grateful to the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut for their generous $2,500 donation to H.O.P.E., Inc. in support of our Reynard Program.

This investment helps us continue creating pathways to homeownership by giving hardworking families the opportunity to build savings toward a future down payment while securing stable, affordable housing.

Thank you for believing in our mission and in the families we serve. We were honored to celebrate alongside so many community partners on Friday and are excited for the impact this support will make.

🏡 Thinking about buying your first home? This is a great opportunity to learn the process and ask questions!

Join the First-Time Homebuyers Conference hosted by CHFA on May 20th at 6:00 PM at the Chamber of Commerce. Whether you’re just starting to explore homeownership or ready to take the next step, this event will provide valuable information on financing, the homebuying process, and resources available to help make homeownership possible.

At H.O.P.E., we strongly support opportunities like this because education is one of the most important steps toward building generational wealth and creating housing stability. If homeownership is part of your future goals, this is a great place to start.

We encourage our community to attend and take advantage of this opportunity! 🏠✨

Stacey from H.O.P.E., Inc. was honored to attend the very first Southeastern Connecticut Day at the Capitol! It was an incredible opportunity to connect with a diverse mix of state representatives, senators, mayors, college students, Capitol employees, area citizens, local businesses, nonprofits, and restaurants. It is inspiring to see all coming together to showcase the strength and spirit of our region.

From meaningful conversations and networking to local marketing displays and delicious sample bites, the day highlighted the importance of collaboration and community connection. It was inspiring to see so many different groups represented and engaged in celebrating and supporting Southeastern Connecticut.

H.O.P.E. is proud to be part of the work happening across our region to create opportunities, strengthen neighborhoods, and expand access to affordable homeownership. Thank you to everyone who helped make this first-ever event such a success!

H.O.P.E., Inc. was grateful to attend the annual Mission Sunday at Mystic Congregational Church UCC yesterday. It was an amazing service led by Rev. Christa Swenson with special guest Rev. Marilyn Kendrix, both sharing uplifting and welcoming messages that truly reflected the spirit of giving.

After the service we enjoyed great treats and the opportunity to spend time with fellow nonprofit partners who are all working to strengthen our community. Days like this remind us how powerful it is when people come together with generosity and compassion.

Thank you to Mystic Congregational Church for such a special and inspiring day. 💙
