Coaches change lives. That’s why we’re taking action to increase the number of female coaches in New London. When girls see women leading in sports, they’re inspired to play, lead and dream big. With support from the and , the New London Recreation Department is training more female coaches to lead youth sports in our community. We will also provide tools and resources to inspire the next generation of female role models.

This season, we’re celebrating the incredible women who are youth sports coaches in New London. With support from and , we’re committed to increasing their representation and impact, and empowering them to inspire more girls to play.
