HAVE TROUBLE AFFORDING INTERNET?
GetInternet.gov - This is a new program from the Biden-Harris Administration to make high-speed internet more affordable for low-income households. The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) provides eligible households $30 per month off their internet bills. They have also secured commitments from 20 internet providers to offer ACP-eligible households a high-speed internet plan for no more than $30 per month. Eligible families who pair their ACP benefits with one of these plans can receive high-speed internet at no cost.
There are 3 ways to be eligible for this program: if you are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, if you or someone in your household participates in programs like SNAP, SSI, Medicaid, etc., or if you meet the eligibility criteria for a broadband provider's existing low-income program.
