Following homeowner requests to have the bills earlier, the 2026 Annual Common Area Maintenance Fee bills were mailed last week.

The annual fee has increased this year due to rising costs.

Be sure that payment is RECEIVED by CCHA no later than January 31, 2026 to avoid late fees and interest charges.

Thanks to residents who contacted the Association about the condition of our retention ponds. They have been treated and improving.

A BIG “Thank you!” to our residents that took time out of their evening to attend the 2021 CCHA Annual Meeting on Wednesday September 22nd.

The 2020 meeting had to be canceled due to COVID precautions, so it was good see people come out.

The meeting was well attended and there were a number of good questions and suggestions from attending residents.

Jan Harris and Don Krenner were elected to fill the two vacancies on the Board of Directors. Thank you for volunteering!

Lauren Morris and Melissa Lach had also expressed interest in serving as a Director which was great to see, and likely they will be tapped in the future.

Thanks for their years of service on the Board also goes out to Mark Goldman and Ken Kots who both opted to step down this year and provided opportunities for our new Board members.

There is a need for individuals to step up to fill two positions.

A fellow resident has reported that someone is trying to dump their dog p**p in the storm drain on Sojourn and have made a public mess.

Come on people! That is rude, inconsiderate, and unhealthy.

The storm drains are for rainwater only.

Dispose of your pet wastes with your regular garbage.

We would hope that those responsible will go and clean up after themselves.

Due to the extenuating circumstances of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, and the desire to keep our homeowners healthy and safe, the Board of Directors of the Crystal Cove Homeowner’s Association have cancelled the normal Annual Meeting for the Association.

A newsletter was recently mailed to all homeowners in the Crystal Cove subdivision including this information, as well as other news of the Association over the past year.
