Sanctuary Pointe Homeowner's Association Located in central New Lenox, Sanctuary Pointe sits in a secluded and serene spot just off Marley Road and adjacent to the Sanctuary Golf Course.

This page is to help make our subdivision a community. The idea of the page is to help to get to know each other, plan subdivision events and to post association information. Please feel free to post community pictures, garage sales, block parties, etc. Lets try to make Sanctuary Pointe one of the most elite subdivisions that New Lenox has to offer.

Please be advised that on Tuesday, October 8th Wolf's Sealcoating will be coming out to sealcoat the walking path. Upon completion, all pedestrians/pets/bikes/scooters etc. must stay off the walking path for 48hrs. The walking path will be reopened on Friday, October 11th.

We thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete this important community project.

Hello!

Leo with Preferred Pest Control is coming back this May to help us with wasp control! Basic wasp spray includes your house, swing set, and shed for $100 cash or check. There is a $10 up-charge for each of the following: foundation, pool, fence.

He is also available to help you with spiders, ants, and other rodents for an additional charge.
