We need your help!! It's Almost Preview Night!

We want Preview Night to be a success for the band. Please remember that we are asking each band member to donate bake goods or a case of water. You can drop your donations off with your band member on Friday night at 6pm.

Important Reminder: Baked goods must be individually packaged to sell for $1.00. Please package accordingly and make sure to label anything that contains nuts.

We are also looking for volunteers to help with:
-Collecting the $1.00 admission from spectators at the gate
-Selling baked goods/water
-Selling 50/50 Tickets

Today the 2021 Senior class of Valley High School enjoyed a senior breakfast, and the school held the senior recognition award ceremony. It was an honor to award two very deserving seniors this year, the Ron Sheetz Life Scholarship, which is our booster scholarship. Because of the amount of applicants we awarded two seniors with a $500 life scholarship each!

We also would like to take this post and recognize this very large group of seniors. This group of amazing musicians have taken the Valley Viking Band to new heights and have set the bar for the many kids that’ll come through this program. The Valley Band Boosters wishes all of our seniors best wishes and wish you all luck in your future endeavors!

Congrats Class of 2021! Hats off to you all!

Thank you to all the boosters for supporting this group of kids! The parents dedicated commitment to fundraising, the community support, and the boosters and staff made this trip happen! We are enjoying our time in NYC!

We are very happy to announce that because of the generosity of so many local business’s, some hard working volunteers from our band band family, and the New Kensington Eagles Auxiliary #533 ladies and volunteers, the band boosters have raised $8400.00 from our super bingo!

If you came to our super bingo and supported us we thank you! If you want to attend the next super bingo hosted by the Ladies Auxiliary, the NKASD PTA is currently selling tickets to their super bingo that’ll be held on March 22nd!

Next stop for the Valley Viking Marching Band is NYC! Because of your support our kids will have an amazing trip!

What a day it was!

😯 🙏 What do we say but “wow, thank you!” The generosity of everyone that donated to our event and purchased tickets to come have a chance of hitting it big! We are blown away by the amount of people that wanted to support us!
🎼 We had some really dedicated band kids help us out today, along with some ladies from the Ladies auxiliary, and our very own board members and boosters parents! I stole some of these pictures because it was so much fun I forgot to take more!
🤯As we work to gather the information from today’s events we look forward to letting everyone know how much they truly supported us in our efforts to making the largest organization in the NKASD even better!

It’s bingo day!

We are so excited to have our first ever Super Bingo hosted by the Ladies Auxiliary from the New Kensington Eagles.

Doors open at 1230, bingo starts at 2! We will have a great basket raffle and so many side games it’s sure to be a great time! We went to thank everyone who made this possible! I’m sure we’ll have more post throughout the day showcasing this event!

Now let’s go win some money!
