I was also appointed Admiral of the Bayou Teche, Black Excellence Honoree by the City of New Iberia.

Such an honor to be recognized by the great leader in the community.

How many times on our daily journey are we not recognizing what God is doing and what He has given us.

Don’t take for granted the people God has given you to love. They may not be perfect, but none of us are. Some people would love to have a spouse, to have children, to have a workplace, to have a home.

What we often see as common is really uncommon. What we think is ordinary is really extraordinary.
