West End Council of Neighborhood Associations, Inc. The WECNA Inc is a non-profit organization. The 600 acre West End is divided into four distinct neighborhoods: Livingston, Johnston, Pierson, and Armentor.

Projects include (but are not limited to) youth summits, Summer Youth Programs, Home repairs for the elderly, Veterans, and those in need, improving and revitalizing the community. The West End Council of Neighborhood Associations is the governing council of the four Neighborhood Associations in the West End Community of New Iberia.

This morning City Councilman Warren White District 2, West End Council of Neighborhood Associations, Inc. Inc. and some volunteers of the community were out early in the West End with their yellow vest, gloves and garbage bags. (These are a few pictures). Thank you Mr Kevin Broussard and some youth for providing cold bottles of water and offering to provide lunch for volunteers the next time. This is what it's all about. Caring for the community and City TOGETHER.
