We would like to give a huge thank you to everyone who participated in our Hands On UAD 3.6 Multi-Family Appraisal Class at Staten Island Board of Realtors

This was a truly hands-on, interactive class where we completed an entire UAD 3.6 Multi-Family sample appraisal report from start to end. Throughout the day, participants followed along as we worked through the report section by section, line by line, learning how to complete each section and apply the new UAD 3.6 requirements to a real-world appraisal assignment.
