Attitude. Effort. Focus.

These are the 3 things we asked the 12U Mavs to focus on as we entered our first USSSA Open tournament as a team. While we may not have come out on top, these girls gave us all they had and continue to show how good they are and can be!

The Mavs had a very good Blue Angels - 12U Pulli team on the ropes and took the game to the end, ultimately falling 2-1 in the bottom of the 7th.

We are proud of who these girls have become both on and off the field and we are excited to see them continue to grow and compete in the coming months and years! 💪🏻🥎

Included some fun pictures of the girls hydrating before the games this weekend and even drinking some pickle juice on Saturday! 😂

Today the 12U Mavs Fastpitch Softball - Blue Team and Mavs Red-Fastpitch Travel Softball Team celebrated Memorial Day by wrapping up their Suburban Travel League schedule.

The weather certainly made it challenging these past few days, but nothing could prevent these girls from getting on the field to compete! Both teams showed up ready and played a great game, executing on almost every opportunity in the field and at the plate. It was truly awesome getting to see the growth both teams have made this spring season!

Most importantly, we celebrated our Mavs softball community following the game with a BBQ. We are so fortunate to have a great groups of girls representing the Red and Blue Teams, supported by so many amazing coaches, families, and friends who show up to support these girls every step of the way. A softball organization is only as strong as its families, and boy are we in a great place.

Keep up the great work, girls! We are proud of all you have, and will continue to accomplish. GO MAVS! 💪🏻🥎
