A wonderful local family who cares deeply about our local farmers has stepped up to match every donation dollar for dollar to our Tree Fruit Farmer Fundraiser, up to $10,000!

That means your donation will go twice as far, double your impact:
🍎 $25 becomes $50
🍏 $100 becomes $200
🍑 $500 becomes $1,000

If you’ve been thinking about making a donation, now is the perfect time to join us. And if you’ve already contributed, please share the fundraiser with a fellow fruit lover!

And keep shopping at their farm stands, retail stores, and local farmers markets (you can find a farm on our local food map on our website)

Together, we can help our local tree fruit farmers weather this different season.

Thank you for being part of this incredible community and for continuing to show up for our farmers. 💚

Apple orchards are looking and feeling a little different this season. The frost in April severely damaged tree fruit crops across our region, leaving many orchards without the harvest they would normally have this time of year.

Our farmers are adapting and finding creative ways to make the most of the season and keep fall fun, even if it looks a little different this year. (photo from Solebury Orchards Solebury Orchards )

Our fundraiser is still going strong! Please consider making a contribution to help our local farmers weather this difficult season. And, as always, one of the best ways to support them is to keep shopping, visiting, and buying directly from their farms and farmers markets. ❤️
