At 11 years old, I never imagined I’d have to start over. My name is Sophie (61602081), and I lost the home I knew because my owner is battling cancer. None of us wanted this goodbye, but now I’m hoping there’s someone out there willing to give an older girl a second chance. I’m sweet, gentle, and I came to the shelter already declawed on all four paws, so I especially need the safety of an indoor home where I’ll be cherished and protected. I’m not asking for much, just a soft place to land, a loving heart, and someone who will let me spend my golden years knowing I’m home again.
