SNS is a program where APNH pays you to bring in your friends, acquaintances and even customers for HIV testing. This a great way to help out the Community with increased awareness of HIV and decrease the number of new HIV infections. Interactive Education workshops
about Sexual Health and the 411 on HIV and STD's targeting high schools, colleges and Universities and multiple LGBTQQIA groups. OUTREACH providing information surrounding HIV, STDs, PrEP and other prevention tools to help you with the multiple facets of living your life. Look for us there! mPowerment Social program which invites our MSM and Transgender communities (ages 18-29) to come together and promote us as ONE shared community. We utilize a CORE group to create small to large events with FUN being at the center of all events and breaking down the walls of stigma surrounding our individual and collective lifestyles. Chat4Change is an new HIV intervention that APNH is developing in partnership with Yale/CIRA. The goal is to provide increased education on PrEP and how it can prevent new HIV infections in our Black and Brown communities - those faced with some of the highest rates of new infections!
