Help support the betterment of our community this fall with a donation to the New Haven Free Public Library!

The NHFPL is a great place to learn, create, and connect. Even better, it available to everyone for free! It's donors like you that make this possible.

This year alone there was a community baby shower for new and expecting parents, an update to the Readmobile collections and services, a chance to learn more about the Big Read book during an author talk with Sandra Cisneros, and much more to help our community come together, improve, and thrive.

Even a small gift can make a big impact!

Did you know many employers match charitable donations made by their employees — and sometimes even by retirees and spouses? That means your gift to the NHFPL Foundation could go twice as far!

Ask your HR department if your company has a matching gift program. Every matched dollar helps us provide free access to books, digital resources, job support, early literacy programs, and so much more.
