We often take the most basic things for granted when we have stable roof over our heads. But talk to anyone who's ever been homeless and they will tell you securing their possessions is an ongoing challenge.

It's one thing to not have a place to lay your head at night, but many homeless youths in Illinois also do not have a place to keep their personal belongings.
