Believe in Me Economic Community (BIMEC) is excited to announce the opportunity for qualified contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to bid on our upcoming 12-unit Multi-Family Housing Project located at 53 Shelton Avenue, New Haven, CT.

This project is another step toward creating quality, affordable housing and strengthening our community.

📍 Project Highlights:
🏠 12 Single Room Occupancy (SRO) Units
🛠️ 3-story wood-framed building with basement
🌿 Site improvements, laundry facilities, storage, and more

📅 Important Dates:
• Confirm intent to bid by August 5, 2026
• RFI Deadline: August 7, 2026
• Bid Submission Deadline: August 21, 2026, by 2:00 PM
