goal-driven programs. Residents invest in their communities by volunteering for local organizations and working on NeighborWorks® New Horizons sponsored projects. We offer homeownership, financial, educational, youth and leadership development programs.

The Connecticut Laptop ConneCT Program is helping eligible adults get connected by providing laptops through participating public libraries.

You may qualify if you:
✔️ Are 18 years or older
✔️ Have a valid library card
✔️ Participate in a qualifying state or federal assistance program

If you need a library card or help enrolling in an assistance program, your local library can help! Visit a participating library to apply and learn more.

It’s a day of resources, connection, and community. Don’t miss out on the fun for the whole family! 🌟

16 community partners will be at Impact 2026, and every service is free. Open to all families. No registration needed.
