In deleting old emails I came across this:
Email is sooooooooo bad for conveying what is intended. To me the phrase "think about it." means consider it, see what you think about it, maybe even discuss it with others. On the other hand, something like, "how can we do this?" would be an action plan- Of course with our org. even an action plan might be a "think about it"!
I hope I act on things at least more than half the time! How about you?
