Elephant In The Room Boxing Club (EIR) Elephant in the Room (EIR) is a non-profit, co-ed boxing gym that offers adult and youth boxing that incorporates an after school program & social work.

EIR's founder and Executive Director Devonne Canady is the First and only Gold medalist World Champion in the sport of amateur boxing for nine years. The objective of the boxing club is to attract and involve

more young people in the sport of amateur boxing. To provide positive choices for the youth which will then have a positive affect on the community. United States Boxing Association will serve as a platform so that our program will foster sportsmanship, confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
