MYAC is a teen organization in New Haven, IN that focuses on leadership development, life skills, team building, networking, and community service. The meetings are every 2nd and 4th monday of each month, and is available to all students throughout Allen County, grades 9 to College Sophomore.

One of the many advantages to being a member of MYAC is the ability to participate in the team building activities. The purpose of these is to help the members realize that one of the roots of this organization is teamwork and that they must work with other members while creating positive connections between them.

In this activity, two separate teams are competing to unwrap their Hershey Kisses the fastest using gloves. Each team only has one pair of gloves to pass down the table. It ended up being an intense race!
