Frassati New Haven is a fellowship of young adult Catholics (and interested non-Catholics) in their 20's and 30's who desire to gather together to worship the Lord, grow in their faith, serve those in need, and build bonds of authentic friendship. Impelled by the Holy Spirit, we have heard the call to become the saints of our generation and are motivated to allow God's grace to change us so that w

e, in turn, might change the world. Our Frassati Night Holy Hours are on the 2nd Saturday of the month at 7:00 PM at St. Mary in New Haven, in addition to our monthly Frassati on Tap at Stony Creek Brewery. We also do service projects, hikes, and other social gatherings throughout the year.

We welcome Sr. Colleen Mattingly, Apostle of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (ASCJ) to give a talk titled "Holy Silence" - An interior disposition.

So often the loudest noises in our lives actually come from within us. How can we grow in an interior disposition of true silence? What does that even look like? Come to hear some descriptions of inner silence based on the book, "Holy Silence" by Fr. Basil Nortz, ORC.

Frassati on Tap June 28th at 6pm Trinity Bar
Come listen to Travis Moran speak on why its important to take care of our earthly bodies as we prepare for the Kingdom of Heaven.

Our world is growing in a desire to understand how the human person functions - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. As Catholics, we have the fullness of truth and therefore much to bring to the conversation. We know that healing happens as we encounter Christ, he is the source of all the graces needed. This talk will explore a general framework that can be used to understand how and why to pursue healthy living and how the Lord can bring us deeper into healing the more we learn to say yes to Him.



June 27th Frassati is hiking Peter's Rock in North Haven. The hike will start at 9am, its a short and sweet hike up to a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Parking can be found at 133 Middletown Rd behind the gas station.

Slice, dice, sauté or bake - show off your cooking skills at our next Frassati Night. Bring a dish you love to make from your own culture or one you admire.

Adoration starts at 7pm at St Mary's, potluck to follow. Feel free to drop your dish off in the basement beforehand - we have access to fridge, ovens, and warmers. DM or email [email protected] with questions.
