Brief History
Fire Red Hearts was launched in 2010 with the support of Our Father God and local government. Inspired by her current work in the community, CEO Nneanata Amaechi, decided to take a leap of faith and chase her passion, to help others find themselves and be great, in which she uses the framework for stewardship and success. Fire Red Hearts has grown into a network of over 1000 people who attend events, share resources, subscribe to regular communications, and leading clients into a successful future. The work could not be done without our partners and of course you realizing that it’s time to invest in yourself! Like you, leadership expert and business Coach Nneanata Amaechi has seen the word leadership defined numerous ways over the years. Is it charisma and positive thinking? Pinstripes and red power ties? Decisiveness? Is it all about the situation? Is it meant only for the chosen few who rise to the top? Or, is there a different story? With over 20 years of leadership coaching, success training, public speaking, in-the-trenches business experience and most importantly, real-life, her view is radically different than the rest. Nneanata appreciates, and shares with listeners, that leadership is a moment-to-moment choice and not about title, tenure or position. Leadership is for everyone, every day. It's how we should live our life. Nneanata, sometimes referred to as the “Mayor” for her ability to stir up a group and the “Deep Listener” for her coaching skill that brings out the best in people, is known for her practical, street-savvy style; Nneanata’s fusion of real-life stories and her conversational techniques connect with her audience at an intimate, intense and individual level. Nneanata has served as a senior consultant with Prairie Quest Consultants and various other small companies for several years. She is a master facilitator at Fire Red Hearts INC, and continues to work with the best and brightest in the leadership development field. Her successes include: New Haven Job Corps, Youth Continuum, Aces, Christian Community Action, Wallace Muffler and Brakes, Made Men Entertainment, Sportsometry, O.B. Have Productions, Kasso Made Brands and numerous U.S. city, state and federal agencies to name a few. Prior to her leadership efforts, Nneanata, studied Psychology and her passion created, managed, and successfully watched her clients accomplish their goals. As the founder of a nonprofit training program, Fire Red Hearts Inc, for aspiring entrepreneurial leaders, young leaders and business professionals, Nneanata continues to develop create platforms. She has served on the board of excellence for a successful mentoring program and assisted the group through their initial public offering.
